A 54-year-old Wayne County man is the winner of a $1.2-million Lotto 47 jackpot.

The man, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the ticket that matched the six balls drawn Saturday — 01-06-18-39-43-44, according to the Michigan Lottery.

He bought his ticket at the Speedway gas station at 8450 Merriman Road in Romulus and opted to receive a one-time lump sum payment of about $760,000.
