Within 15 days, five Michigan Lottery players have won Lucky For Life prizes worth $25,000 a year.

Two players matched the five white balls drawn Monday night — 11-15-32-33-40.

One ticket was purchased in Clarkston at the 7-Eleven at 7743 Sashabaw.

The other was purchased in Ypsilanti at the Shell gas station at 244 Joe Hall Drive. 

Three other winning tickets were already purchased this year in Plymouth, Bloomfield Hills and Clinton Township. 

The winner has the option of taking annual payments of $25,000 for a minimum of 20 years, or life, whichever is greater, or taking a one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000.
